Green Living Australia – Cheese Making Workshop – Logan City

A GREAT WAY TO START YOUR CHEESE MAKING ADVENTURES.
Learn to make cheese in an ordinary kitchen with your own, everyday kitchen utensils.
LEARN TO MAKE RICOTTA, FETA, AND MOZZARELLA, IN OUR HALF DAY BEGINNERS CLASS.
Please bring three small plastic containers as you get to take some home too.
Classes start promptly at 9:00 am and run up to 5 hours duration, depending on how much fun everyone is having. Each class will cover cheesemaking basics and techniques and will include hands-on steps, sampling and discussing cheese history, types and so much more. Our classes are held on Saturdays, with the class size limited to a maximum of 8 people, so that everyone gets to have a hands-on experience.
