We often think that going toxic free is all about foods.

Thousands of chemicals are introduced in to our food and environment every year and most are not tested for safety. Babies are born ‘pre-polluted’ and cancer and chronic illness rates are sky rocketing. If you are eating organic to eliminate pesticides, additives & preservative, then you are on the right track.

But have you cast your net wide enough?  There are so many other ways in life that you can reduce your body burden. What industry do you work in, play in or touch in your every day activities. It is interesting to consider … how many small changes could you make that would all add up to a huge impact in reducing your families toxic exposure?
